You may participate in any 6 or less of the following 20 minute sessions:
Session 1 – 5 Steps to a Better Inner You (by Stacey Hauge.)
Session 2 – Groove Fitness Class (A holistic approach to dance and fitness using awesome music and simple moves. Groove is for everyone but is great for Moms-to-be, new Moms and Seniors!)
Session 3 – General Women’s Nutrition (led by Certified Dietitian, Melissa Bearce or Blair Sheering of Fresh Fit Kitchen.)
Session 4 – Kickboxing Fitness Class (Kickboxing – Stand-up combat based on punching and kicking, historically developed from Karate mixed with Boxing.)
Session 5 – Benefits of Massage Therapy (short demonstrations, if time allows) presented by RenZen Massage, Lorren Belakjon.)
Session 6 – POUND Fitness Class (Torch calories using Ripstix® while rocking out to your favorite music!)
Session 7 – General Women’s Health (led by Certified Nurse Midwife, Shannon Shepherd.)
Session 8 – Exhale Yoga (focus on stretching and strength.)
